As the driving force behind MISTI Construction, Renato Cuadros Jr. oversees every aspect of the business, from pre-construction planning and project management to client relations and financial oversight. His journey in the construction industry began as a hands-on laborer working on home remodels while attending Pensacola State College. Working closely with his father and business partner, he developed a deep passion for construction, which ultimately led him to earn both his general contractor and roofing licenses.
